Q: Can we visit your factory?

A:  Warmly welcome. Once we have your schedule, we will arrange the professional sales team to follow up your case.

Q: Are you manufacturer or trader?

A: We are a scaffolding coupler manufacturer with ten years of experience, covering a full range of scaffolding coupler systems and related products.

Q: How about your production and export amount ? 

A: 9500T/year, about 35*20ft container per month.

Q: What is the value of your company?

A:  We are making efforts to create more value-added products to our clients. We are young team, but with affluent experience of scaffolding, dipped in the scaffolding more than 10 years.

Q: What kind of international Certificate do you have?

A: SGS Test Report.

Q: Where is your company?

A: Located in Taizhou of Jiangsu, is convenient for customer 's visiting (From shanghai to factory, It needs 2 hours only)

Q: How does your factory control quality?

A: Quality is priority. We follow the ISO system for all quality management.

Q: How can we ensure the quality ?

A:

1) Only qualified raw material with certification is acceptable.

2) Quality check is operated by hand.

3) Free samples are always available.

4) Once quality problems occur, just sent us pics for confirmation, once confirmed, money or goods will be given as compensation.

Q: How do you pack the products?

A:

1)  We pack the scaffolding with Steel Pallet, let the customer to unload by forklift, in order to save the labor cost.

2)   Other special requirements can be discussed by both.

Q: What is the transport?

A  Transport: BY Sea, BY courier, FCL, LCL.

Q: What is the terms of payment?

A:

1) We accept the payment by T/T, 30% of invoice value as deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment, and some others.

2) L/C are also acceptable

3) Others can be discussed if needed.

Q: Trade terms?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF etc.

Q: What is the delivery time?

A: It depends on order quantity. Generally, the delivery time will be within 15 to 25 days.

Q: How to order from HG?

A: Buyer Send Enquiry →Get EK Quotation → Order Confirmation → Buyer Arrange 30% Deposit → Production Started upon Receipt of Deposit → Strict Inspection during Production →→ Packing → Delivery as per Trade Terms (FOB/CFR/CIF) →Buyer Arrange Balance Payment
